Institute for Financial and Economic Monitoring (IFEM)
is the community of experts in the field of public administration and financial management.

Development of federal accounting and reporting standards in public sector on the basis of IPSAS;
Accounting and reporting methodology;
Internal audit and internal control methodology;
Training the executives and specialst of government bodies, government non-budget foundations, state and municipal organisations in the fields of "Accounting and reporting", "Budgetary accounting and reporting", "New federal standards of budgetary accounting for the public sector organisations", "Internal control and internal audit";
Civil service reform.

Public sector accounting and reporting methodology and regulatory framework, including draft federal accounting and reporting standards in public sector on the basis of IPSAS;
Accounting and reporting methodology and regulatory framework, including Russian accounting standards;
Audit methodology and regulatory framework, including auditing standards;
Internal control methodology;
Methodology for performance evaluation of government authorities;
Translation of International Standards on Auditing (ISA), System of National Accounts 2008 (SNA 2008);
and many other fundamental regulatory legal acts and practices, training courses, publications.
Due to our experts, which are well experienced in public sector, commercial sector and in the field of education, we incorporate the experience of the Soviet era and the recent developments of foreign countries for the benefit of modern Russia.
