The goal of the Project was to ensure that RF public administration and civil service, from policy formulation to service delivery, operates according to the needs of ordinary people with efficiency, effectiveness and transparency.

The work of the project covered the three main RF Government Reform Programmes:

  • Civil Service Reform
  • Budget Reform
  • Administrative Reform
Results
  1. Development of regulatory legal acts,
  2. Methodological materials for training
  3. Training in the fields of public administration, civil service and financial planning for federal executive authorities
