Brief description	The objectives of the assignment were: Improvement of the legal base that regulates the administration of the regional finances of Kaluga region as a tool for improving the efficiency of work of executive bodies to perform the government functions and to satisfy the demand in public and municipal services, implementation of the long-term prioirities and trargets of the socio-economic development of the region. Professional training for the workers of financial departments of the executive bodies of the Kaluga region.
Results	Impact analisys of integrated legal acts that were developed and aproved durind the first stage of the Program; preparation of recomendations on the possibilioy of implementation of the legal acts. Organisation of the training and retraining seminars for the sivil servants of the Ministry of finance of the Kaluga region, finicial bodies of municipal establishments of the Kaluga region, financial bodies of the major regional budget recipients. Preparation of the set of documents for the report to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation on the results of implementation of the second stage of the Program.
