Brief description Preparation of package of regulatory documents, which regulate the maintenance of control on the part of state client-coordinator of the purpose-oriented federal program "World Ocean" over the activities of state clients of subprograms; as well as enterprises, establishments and other organizations, administrations of the RF constituencies, to which several authorities of the state clients of subprograms were delegated on a contract basis according to the principles of federal purpose-oriented federal program.
Results
  1. Development of the Order “On the organization and maintenance of control over compliance with RF legislation and other regulations on placement of orders for supply of goods, performance of work and provision of services for state requirements during the implementation of purpose-oriented federal program “World Ocean”.
  2. Development of the procedure for the conduct of planned and unplanned control over the placement of orders for supply of goods, performance of work and provision of services for program requirements by the state client-coordinator of the purpose-oriented federal program "World Ocean".
  3. Development of interaction principles between the state client-coordinator of the purpose-oriented federal program "World Ocean" and the state clients of subprograms, as well as enterprises, establishments and other organizations, administrations of the RF constituencies during the control maintenance.
  4. Development of standard forms of documents, which are prepared during the implementation and on the basis of the results of planned and unplanned control.
