Brief description	The goal of the project: organizational and methodical assistance for the implementation of activities of the administrative reform for the Irkutsk region, which are stated in the regional government goal-oriented program “Implementation of the administrative reform for the Irkutsk region (2006-2008)”.
Results	Preparation of list of government and municipal services, rendering to people by the regional state institution “multifunctional center of governmental and municipal services”. Preparation of draft arrangements between the participants of the project on action plan implementation within the framework of Administrative reform project implementation “Creation of multifunctional center of government and municipal services”. Development of draft regulatory legal acts in the field of rendering of government and municipal services, including new procedure of preparation, agreement and release of documents for applicants. Development of draft rules of procedure of the regional state institution “multifunctional center of governmental and municipal services”. Development of Regulation on target-setting system of the Irkutsk region public authorities. Development of draft regulation on the procedure of monitoring and control over the implementation and use of performance indicators, approved in target-setting system of the Irkutsk region public authorities.
