Brief description	Monitoring of budget effectiveness from the project implementation baised on the results of the annual budget performance of the pilot territory. Drafting the next years' budget, but also cumulatively (mentioning direct expenditures, that were eliminated\|/lowered during the implementation of the project, including all the expencies for cofinancing the project, estimated and actual summ of savings recieved, factors and reasons affecting its amount and divergence from forecasted indiacators). Complex evaluation of economicl effectiveness of government's participation in the project as well as public effectiveness of its implementation, evaluating the direct and indirect costs of relocation, economic and financial effects from implementing the support for relocation component, total economic and financial effects from relocation as a result of implementing plans for the local restructuring.
